Top-up credits never expire — buy once, use anytime. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle.

Yes — cancel renewal whenever you like and keep full access until the current period ends; you're never locked in. Note that fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, and consumed usage (minutes transcribed, translations completed) isn't refundable — the AI processing already happened. Context-aware AI translates each cue in the flow of the sentence (not word-by-word), and preserves timing. Import/export SRT and VTT; bilingual (stacked) export is supported.
