SubtitleFlow turns any audio or video into accurate, time-synced subtitles and translates them into 49 languages — fully AI-powered, no waiting on human transcribers. Upload MP3, MP4, SRT, or VTT files, get a transcript in minutes, refine cues in the built-in editor, and export to SRT, VTT, TXT, or Word.
Why we built this
Every existing subtitle tool we tried either broke the timing on long lines, locked us into a $20+ monthly subscription just to translate a single file, or treated cross-language workflows as an afterthought. We wanted a tool that respected the timecode, respected the source language nuance, and didn't force a subscription before we could see if it worked. That tool didn't exist, so we built it.
How we think about pricing
We don't want to charge people who haven't verified that the tool works for them. Every account gets a real 5-minute free preview — enough to transcribe a full short, or the opening of a long episode, and judge the output quality before deciding to pay. After that, you can stay on pay-as-you-go credits (no recurring charge) or pick a plan if you need the volume. We don't do dark patterns, hidden renewals, or surprise fees.
